Manual Booking requires an approval step before a booking is confirmed. This option gives you control over which appointments to accept, reschedule, or decline.

How to Set Up Manual Booking:

  • Click on Schedulers menu items from the left sidebar.
  • Then click on Add scheduler button

  • A new Scheduler page will open. From here, select Manual Approval from the Select Booking Type select box.

  • Fill in the rest of the details: add resources to this scheduler, update booking event details, and hit save. This will produce a new scheduler that will create Instant Bookings for your customers.
  • Copy the scheduler link and start creating Manual bookings.
